BIZIMANA ABOUBAKAR KARUME (born 7 December 1988), popularly known by his stage name SAT-B is a Burundian recording artist, performer. 
In 2010, he released "Inkuru y'Ukuri" which means "True Story," A song well received throughout Burundi. 
In November 2010, he launch the album "Inkuru y'Ukuri". 
In 2011, he performed at Imuhira Festival, and won Akeza Awards (Best Male Artist). 
In 2012, he won the Top Ten Music Awards (Best Video of the Year "Ikinyamugigima"), and Released 4 songs with the Ugandan producer Washington at Kampala. 
In 2013, signed to be the ambassador of Primusic, and won the Salama TV Awards (best video of the year directed by Kent-P “Freestyle”).
